Het zou leuk zijn als je in Scandinavië niet alleen visrolletjes "bij de hand" zou kunnen krijgen, maar ook andere smørrebrød (kaas, worst, eieren, groenten), elk met veel smør en op het uiteindelijk heerlijke zwarte brood van Krønasår. Hé, wat in Frankrijk werkt met stokbrood, werkt ook met bruin brood in Scandinavië!
En in Nederland zou een snackmuur geweldig zijn, voor als je een beetje honger hebt en om lange wachtrijen te vermijden: Bami-schijfjes, vleeskroketten, frikandels, etc. Maar ik weet niet waar je die zou kunnen installeren; In de regel worden ze “van achteren” vanuit een friteuse gevoerd.

I think the park needs more Mediterranean and Balkan food

I read that in Portugal there was shrimp with baguette and grilled chicken fillet, unfortunately I never experienced this.
